Sept. 24 (UPI) -- America's border agency on Wednesday issued the year's third "withhold release" order, this time to detain bicycle parts from a Taiwan company over accusations of forced labor at its Asian factory. U.S. Customs and Border Protection said the looming detainment of imports on bicycles, bike parts and its accessories is pending "effective immediately" after CBP officials said they obtained information that "reasonably indicated" Giant Manufacturing Co. Ltd, a company based in
