A man has been detained after opening fire during a traffic dispute in western Ukraine’s Ivano-Frankivsk on Thursday, April 23. The patrol police of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, in its Facebook update , said it had received reports of a conflict between two drivers on the city’s Puliuia Street.
