Universal Credit 'category change' for one million Brits in new DWP update

New Department for Work and Pensions information has been released. Fresh figures show the number of Brits claiming Universal Credit (UC) who aren't required to work has surged by more than one million in a year. As of October, there were four million people in this category, accounting for nearly half (48.7%) of all claimants.
