The caretaker government says it is handing over Bulgaria to the next regular cabinet in a stronger fiscal position, claiming it is leaving around 2 billion euros in additional resources. This was announced by caretaker Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov during a briefing together with Deputy Prime Minister for EU funds Maria Nedina. Gyurov said the administration had secured both time and financial stability under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP). He pointed to nearly half a billion euros
