As part of the 4th European Film Festival in Turkmenistan, audiences in Ashgabat were invited on a journey into the world of Flow – the Oscar-winning animated feature by Latvian filmmaker Gints Zilbalodis.  On 17 May, the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan, together with the Embassy of Ukraine in Turkmenistan and the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in the Republic of Uzbekistan, brought the story beyond the screen through two special events that offered audiences a closer look
