Sept. 16 (UPI) -- Formal legal charges will be filed Tuesday on Tyler Robinson days after caught by authorities in the shooting death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. DNA evidence linked Robinson, 22, to Kirk's September 10 killing at Utah Valley University and charges are expected in Utah County.
