Donald Trump has laughed off global warming fears with the United States currently facing a catastrophic ice storm in a wave of cold weather . The US President is no stranger to controversy and he has consistently expressed scepticism about climate change which has led to him withdrawing the US from international climate pacts and he has encouraged the use of fossil fuels with his cry of "drill baby drill". And now he has used the extreme conditions in the US to again question global warming.
