The  San Francisco 49ers are one of those teams, especially when you consider the fact that they currently possess over  $35 million in cap space. According to Pro Football Network’s  Jacob Infante , the Niners could be the ideal landing spot for former New England Patriots wide receiver  Stefon Diggs , who was
