Former Millwall and Wolves manager Kenny Jackett has died at the age of 64. He spent almost 30 years in management and took charge of over 900 games. Jackett began his managerial career with Watford in 1996 and then went on to lead Swansea and Millwall. He won promotion at both clubs before taking charge at Wolves in 2013.
