Singapore's iconic hawker centre Lau Pa Sat is considering extending more stalls to 24-hour operations, as large crowds gather for free live screenings of World Cup matches. Lau Pa Sat is offering free telecasts of all 104 matches. Nine out of more than 80 stalls are already operating 24/7 throughout the 39-day tournament.
