Gov't borrows RON 90 million off banks on Friday in addition to Thursday's auctions

The Ministry of Finance (MF) on Friday borrowed RON 90 million off banks in addition to Thursday's RON 1.11 billion, in two issues of benchmark government bonds at average yields of 7.52% per annum and 7.46% per annum, according to data published by the National Bank of Romania (BNR). The nominal value of the additional issues was RON 75 million each, and the banks offered RON 90 million and RON 15 million, respectively.
