Ljubljana, 17 July - The coalition, backed by the two minority MPs and three unaffiliated MPs, has filed in parliamentary procedure changes introducing the preferential vote to general elections and abolishing electoral districts. To pass, the changes require a two-thirds majority and the coalition is counting on the support of the junior opposition party.
