Home Affairs Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security K Shanmugam says Singapore must strengthen its cyber defences. He announced that Singapore is currently under attack from a sophisticated group known as UNC3886. Mr Shanmugam was speaking at the Cyber Security Agency's 10th anniversary dinner.
