Alberta and Ottawa sign new carbon pricing deal, detail pipeline plans

The federal government and Alberta signed a new carbon pricing agreement that paves the way for a new pipeline from the oil sands to the B.C. coast. The agreement, signed by Prime Minister Mark Carney and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith builds on November's memorandum of understanding.
