Indonesia is reeling in the aftermath of devastating floods across multiple provinces, with the death toll reaching 950 on Monday (Dec 8) following weeks of heavy rain. More than a million people have been displaced and hundreds remain missing. Indonesian officials said it would take about US$3 billion to rebuild devastated areas in Sumatra.
