Multiple schools across the UK have reported confirmed or suspected cases of meningitis amongst their pupils. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is investigating an outbreak of meningitis which has resulted in the deaths of two young people. Five additional cases of meningitis have been recorded in Kent , bringing the total number under investigation by health officials to 20.
