A worker at a Morrisons distribution centre has been diagnosed with meningitis after attending Club Chemistry in Canterbury . This comes as seven new cases have emerged in Kent, bringing the total number of confirmed and suspected infections to 27. A spokesperson for the supermarket giant confirmed a staff member at its Sittingbourne distribution centre has contracted meningitis. The particular strain is yet to be identified.
