A mum who tragically died of cancer faced a 15-month delay in doctors diagnosing her deadly disease, a hospital has admitted. Kerry Pugh saw medics to undergo cervical screening after experiencing years of tell-tale symptoms including bleeding. The smear showed severe cell changes - but Kerry was wrongly told the results were normal.
