Katie Price has shared the nickname she gives Lee Andrews. It came after the former glamour model expressed her fears for her fourth husband, who she claims has been kidnapped. Ms Price hasn't spoken to her husband since Wednesday night , when he was allegedly on his way to the UK, two days after he initially said he was at the airport. Mr Andrews, who lives in Dubai, was due to appear on Good Morning Britain with Katie earlier this week, but despite saying he was at the airport, he failed to
