Toshiyuki Matsuura is an associate professor at the Keio Economic Observatory of Keio University as well as a visiting professor at KU Leuven in Belgium. Prior to coming to Keio, he worked at the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI) and Hitotsubashi University. He holds a Ph.D. from Keio University.
