During a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi on Thursday (Mar 19), US President Donald Trump urged Japan to “step up” in protecting the Strait of Hormuz. “We don't need anything from Japan or from anyone else but I think it's appropriate that people step up.
