From Italy scholarships in agronomy to students in Ghana

Italy's ambassador to Ghana, Laura Ranalli, took part in the ceremony to award 61 university scholarships to students from Aveyime Battor, a village in the Tongu North district of the Volta Region, who will be able to pursue studies in agronomy. The initiative is part of the Italian international cooperation project Area Africa Ghana, as part of the Mattei Plan for Africa, co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to strengthen food ecosystems in Africa. Implementing body is Ciheam Bari.
