Frozen iguanas falling out of trees in Florida after record low temperatures

Residents across South Florida in US woke up on Sunday (Feb 1) to iguanas lying on the roads after a cold snap caused the reptiles to fall from trees. Wildlife officials say the iguanas entered a cold-induced state called torpor, where cold-blooded animals temporarily lose muscle control and become immobile. While some appeared frozen but alive, many may not survive prolonged exposure to extreme cold. #usnews #iguanas #florida Subscribe to our channel here: https://cna.asia/youtubesub Visit our
