Good morning,  Great to be here in Santa Marta.   We have the EU-CELAC Summit coming up. Two years ago, we promised that we will have EU-CELAC Summit every two years. This is our promise, that we show that we are a credible, reliable partner for the Latin American and Caribbean countries.   We are miles apart, but we share the same values. We believe in international law. We believe in rules- based order. We believe in the rule of law and democracy.   And we also fight together against climate
