57-year-old Teo Eng Chye, who is accused of causing grievous hurt to a 73-year-old man who later died, was brought back to the crime scene on Friday (Dec 26). Police said preliminary investigations revealed that the victim, Foo Suan Chew, had allegedly gotten into a dispute with Teo, which escalated into a scuffle.
