Harrods allocates $81M for to compensate abuse victims

Oct. 4 (UPI) -- London-based Harrods has created an $81 million fund to compensate eligible recipients who say they were sexually abused by former owner Mohamed Al Fayed . More than 100 former Harrods workers and others each could receive up to $519,000 to settle abuse claims, including those involving alleged rape and sexual assault, the BBC reported on Saturday.
