Singapore’s tallest public housing project will be built at Pearl’s Hill, announced National Development Minister Chee Hong Tat in parliament on Wednesday (Mar 4). Standing at 60 storeys tall, the Built-To-Order (BTO) flats will be 10 storeys higher than the Pinnacle@Duxton. Mr Chee described the design of the BTO estate as being inspired by “shan shui hua” or a Chinese painting depicting mountains and flowing rivers.
