Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Dozens of people have died and tens of thousands have been displaced in escalating violence between armed groups in Colombia as the border city of Cucuta scrambled Wednesday to cope with thousands of civilians fleeing the violence. At least 80 people are dead and 32,000 people have been displaced by the violence outbreak. Advertisement "We are talking 15,000 people arriving in the city in just four days.
