Cops have released video of the moments leading up to former NFL star Doug Martin’s arrest — before he died in police custody . Police responded to a home break-in in Oakland Hills in October. Body-camera and surveillance footage were later released by the police department to NBC Bay Area . In the clip, the former Raiders star was seen yelling and then walking through a fence at a home when the officers arrived. They tried to arrest him, but Martin was yelling, screaming and resisting arrest.
