An inquest into the death of a woman who was found along with her disabled eight-year-old daughter found the mum killed her child and then took her own life . Emergency services found the bodies of Martina Karos, 40, and eight-year-old Eleni Edwards at their home in Kersal, Salford, on September 23, 2024. Authorities were alerted after Eleni failed to attend her school . Responders forced entry to the home and made the awful discovery in a bedroom at the property. The inquests into both Martina
