Colin Kaepernick, the civil rights activist, entrepreneur and former NFL quarterback, has sold his Tribeca home for $2.82 million, Gimme Shelter has learned. The former football star bought the two- to three-bedroom condo at One York, designed by top Mexican architect Enrique Norton, for $3.21 million in 2016, according to property records.
