I am Quoc-Anh Do, associate professor of economics at the Department of Economics, Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. I am known to many friends and colleagues as “Q.A.”, a nickname originating from the initials of my given name. I have previously worked at Northwestern University, Sciences Po, and Singapore Management University after obtaining my PhD in 2008 from Harvard University.
