ANKARA / ISTANBUL The Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) and the Turkish Red Crescent (Kizilay) on Sunday dispatched 11 trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Syria’s Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) to support civilians affected by the ongoing clashes. The aid convoy was sent in cooperation with the Syrian government and the Aleppo Aid Coordination Center.
