The Show Me State is getting in on the action. According to the Missouri Gaming Commission, both retail and online sports wagering will go live on Dec. 1, 2025. Starting in mid-November, Missourians will be able to pre-register and deposit funds on approved sports betting apps, but wagers can’t be placed until Monday, Dec. 1. Missouri will become the 39th state (plus Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico) to offer some form of legalized sports betting. Of those, 31 offer mobile or online betting.
