The brother of Southport murderer Axel Rudakubana has, for the first time, spoken at the public inquiry into the attack, revealing he feared his brother would kill a member of his family. Dion Rudakubana addressed Liverpool Town Hall remotely from an undisclosed location after technical arrangements were made for his participation. Richard Boyle, a member of counsel to the inquiry, has asked Dion about messages he sent to a friend while visiting home from university in 2022. One message
