Volodymyr Zelensky has hit out at Donald Trump’s decision to drop Russian oil sanctions after the US president’s war on Iran sent prices soaring. The Ukrainian leader said the move could net Moscow as much as $10 billion to support Vladimir Putin’s war on his country.
