The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) has published the result of an investigation into how its report on the budget was published ahead of the chancellor's speech last Wednesday. It "confirm[s] the absence of any hostile cyber activity, or any malfeasance from within the OBR". It appears the issue was with the organisation's website, describing the mistake as the "worst failure in the 15-year history of the OBR".
