A golf course worker has died in a horror accident after being pinned underneath a lawn mower. Jay Roush, 64, was found dead after authorities were alerted that a golf course employee was unresponsive and pinned underneath the lawn mower in the water. Police officers and firefighters were dispatched to the area shortly afterwards, and Mr Roush was declared dead at the scene. It remains unclear how Mr Roush ended up in the pond.
