A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after a crash left a woman and four children injured. The collision involving a BMW and a Toyota took place on New Ellerby Road near Burton Constable, East Yorkshire, at around 4.30pm on Friday. The Toyota driver, a 53-year-old woman, and four children in the car were rushed to hospital. One child sustained injuries believed to be life-changing, Humberside Police said.
