The Department of Homeland Security will not bring criminal charges over alleged human trafficking by Olivet University and its affiliates in relation to a pending civil suit , according to a legal filing. It allows the civil suit to proceed after being stayed pending the DHS investigation. The civil case, Dawin Liranzo Galan v.
