Ukraine's peace negotiator Rustem Umerov has said the second day of talks aimed at bringing an end to Russia's war achieved "real progress". He and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy are in Berlin for meetings with US envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner.
