Israel and Hamas to meet for peace talks
Egypt will host talks with Israeli and Hamas representatives on Monday to build on the ceasefire "momentum" produced by U.S. President Donald Trump's peace plan, according to a statement posted to the Egyptian Foreign Ministry's official Facebook account on Saturday. It is not yet clear where in Egypt the talks will be held. High-level representatives have been travelling to the country in recent days, including Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
