In Gaza City, multiple residential high-rise buildings were destroyed as well as another building of the Islamic University, with at least 13 Palestinians killed, according to AP. Footage released by the Palestinian news agency Wafa showed the Muhanna multi-story building being struck in western Gaza City as locals watched on from a distance.
