The Italian relay team on Thursday won the silver medal in the mixed time trial relay at the European Cycling Championships, currently underway in France.     The Italian team of Filippo Ganna, Lorenzo Milesi, Marco Frigo, Vittoria Guazzini, Elena Cecchini, and Federica Venturelli was beaten by a handful of seconds by France.
