The Italian missile frigate Federico Martinengo will be deployed to defend Cyprus amid the Iran war, Italian officials said Friday.     It is being sent with at least 160 navy personnel as part of a coordinated effort between Italy, Spain, France, and the Netherlands. Last year, the Martinengo concluded its commitment to the European Union's EUNAVFOR Aspides mission in the Red Sea, returning to the Taranto naval base after protecting merchant shipping from Houthi threats.     ALL RIGHTS
