Premier Giorgia Meloni on Tuesday shrugged off speculation from former premier and centrist Italia Viva leader Matteo Renzi that she may be aiming to become Italian president when Sergio Mattarella's term ends in 2029.     "The problem is with those who have spent their whole lives wondering what role they should hold; they think everyone is like them: I think differently, I'm serving as prime minister, and I can assure you that's enough for me," she told Italian TV.         ALL RIGHTS RESERVED
