The Ambassador of Italy to Ecuador, Giovanni Davoli, presided over the closing ceremony of the 'Training Course for Civil Society Organizations in Social Rehabilitation and Reintegration Programs in Ecuador' in Quito.     The course, reads a note, was organized by the Legal Diplomacy program "Itajus," directed by an Italian magistrate and executed by Iila, and trained the operators of 22 Ecuadorian civil society organizations (CSOs), who were given a certificate of participation.     "
