Nov. 21 (UPI) -- A Michigan man decided to buy a scratch-off lottery ticket rejected by another customer and ended up winning the $1 million top prize. The 33-year-old Wayne County man told Michigan Lottery officials he was at Fawaz Petroleum LLC on Schoolcraft in Detroit when he spotted the ticket next to the register.
