Emmerdale's Gerry Roberts star Shaun Thomas looks unrecognisable in his new role eight years after his brutal ITV soap exit. The actor, 28, played Gerry on Emmerdale from 2017 to 2018. Gerry was introduced as Lachlan White's, played by Thomas Atkinson, cellmate at Skipdale Young Offenders Institute. At the time, Lachlan was awaiting trial for the attempted murder of his grandfather Lawrence White, played by John Bowe. It was soon revealed that Gerry and Lachlan were in cahoots as the duo worked
