In the wake of the "Roots and Routes" program to promote Italian excellence, which saw the Abruzzo Region as the guest of honor at the Republic Day celebrations at the Italian Embassy in Spain last June 2, the presentation of the animated film "Ricardito the Shark?" will be held on Oct. 23 at the Italian State School of Madrid.     The film is a production of Ahora! Film, directed by Alessia Camoirano, directed by Marco Pollini, and co-written with Evelyn Bruges, author of the book from which
